What you can Expect We are seeking an experienced Web Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build exceptional digital experiences using both traditional and headless CMS architectures while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires creating versatile components and templates combining backend C# with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and implementing modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Nuxt for headless CMS implementations. You will design efficient content models, security frameworks, and workflows that support both traditional CMS rendering and headless content delivery approaches. About the Team You will partner with cross-functional teams such as developers, marketers, SEO specialists, and designers to build exceptional digital experiences using Optimizely (Episerver) CMS with C# .NET Framework, implementing both traditional and headless CMS architectures. What we’re looking for Partner with web developers, engineers, marketers, SEO, localization team and designers to scale web production capabilities and deliver exceptional digital experiences. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, web developers, visual designers, and business stakeholders to create custom web templates for global product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Develop comprehensive Digital Consumer experiences using C# based Optimizely (Episerver) CMS, implementing both traditional and headless CMS architectures. Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates that support both traditional CMS rendering and headless content delivery. Create versatile components and page templates, combining backend C# .NET Framework with HTML/CSS, and implement modern frontend JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Nuxt) for headless CMS implementations. Work with architects to ensure scalable solutions are created that support both traditional and headless CMS approaches, collaborating with CMS engineers. Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation across both traditional and headless architectures. Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality, appropriate design patterns, and best practices for server-side and client-side implementations. Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide work breakdown and estimates of work for full stack development needs. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders including web developers, engineers, marketers, SEO specialists, localization teams, designers, product managers, visual designers, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and successful collaboration across all project phases. Requirements 6 - 8 years of strong Web Content Management experience with C# (.NET Framework) and frontend technologies, including experience with headless CMS implementations. Expert level development skills using REST, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS, NodeJS and modern JavaScript frameworks. Solid experience with .NET application building including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles for Optimizely CMS. Experience with MVC based application development and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Nuxt) for headless CMS implementations. Proficiency in modern JavaScript Frameworks - React, Vue, or Nuxt for headless CMS implementations. Experience with AngularJS v4+/React or other JS Frameworks for creating dynamic frontend applications. Knowledge of version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab. Ability to troubleshoot code issues across both backend and frontend technologies and recommend comprehensive full stack solutions.
