Physical Security Program Manager

Location : Oklahoma City, OK

 

Position Overview :
Muscogee Nation Business (MNB) is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Phyical Security Program Manager to oversee our comprehensive security services at the Federal Facility in Oklahoma City, OK. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the security program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

Program Understanding :
The Security Support Services program involves providing a wide range of security services, including 24/7 armed and unarmed security coverage, access control, visitor management, surveillance, emergency response, and compliance with federal facility and federal security standards. The Program Manager will be deeply involved in overseeing these services, ensuring that all security operations are executed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and assets at the federal facility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the security program at the federal facility.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the security team, including supervisors, armed and unarmed security officers, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with the federal facility requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to security standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the federal facility personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to address security concerns and enhance overall security posture.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and effective program execution.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on program performance, metrics, and compliance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations management, preferably in a federal or government environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale security programs and teams.
• Strong understanding of federal security regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
• CLEET certification or equivalent preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• The successful candidate must be able complete and pass extensive background investigations and the pre–employment drug and alcohol screening.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.

• Previous experience working with Federal Government Agencies is highly desired.
