Real Estate Property Management Data Analytics Intern

The Dollar Tree Summer Internship Program offers an enriching 10-week paid internship opportunity that takes place at our corporate headquarters in Chesapeake, Virginia. As a Real Estate Property Management Intern focusing on Data Analytics, you will work closely with our real estate property management team to analyze facility performance data, assist in financial assessments, and support decision-making processes. This internship will provide you with valuable experience at the intersection of facility management and data analytics. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to projects aimed at identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving operational efficiency.

Required skills and experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Information Systems, Real Estate, Data Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or relevant statistical software).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying efficiencies and cost savings.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude; willing to take initiative and learn.
