Patient Transporter Req #: 0000193004 Category: Transport Status: Full-Time Shift: Day Facility: RWJ New Brunswick Department: Patient Transport Location: Main Hospital - New Brunswick, One Robert Wood Johnson Place, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 Job Overview: Transports patients in a safe and efficient manner throughout the hospital under the direction of supervisory personnel. Utilizes the automated transport system to perform duties. Performs routine cleaning of equipment used to transport patients. Adheres to universal infection control practices. Practices excellent customer service skills with all patients, visitors and employees, transporting the deceased to the morgue.
