Patient Care Coordinator - Front Office (Administrative)

NOW Hiring Patient Care Coordinator Front Desk. Doctors of Physical Therapy seeks a full?time Patient Care Coordinator for our Edgar, WI location. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self?starter, and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build relationships with patients and the community, providing a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients
• Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians, and all departments.
• Provide detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
• Review and evaluate patient charts for data entry accuracy.
• Work as a team to ensure an efficient working environment and timely calls to patients and referral sources.
• Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation/medical services and medical terminology.
• Answer phones
• Patient registration/data entry
• Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties
• Collect copays and patient balances
• Patient scheduling schedule management
• Patient care assistance as needed
• Strong organizational skills
• Daily light cleaning and laundry
• Knowledge of insurance benefits

Qualifications / Availability

Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
