Job Description

About the Job:

• This is a permanent part-time position.

• Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 4 pm to 12am (midnight.)
• Extra Shifts: Availability to cover colleague's vacations, and double pay for holidays.
• Job Type: Permanent Part-time Position.

Job Details: 

• Security guard (unarmed) for a condominium front desk. 
• Open doors for all arrivals, monitor security cameras around the building.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder, investigate, and report.
• Greet owners and guests with a friendly smile. 
• Must be able to sit for long periods and stay awake.
• Must be able to climb a flight of stairs.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
• Log incoming packages.
• Answer incoming calls.

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug test and background check. 
• 18 years or older.

Compensation :

• Hourly wage based upon experience and motivation.
