The Dan Wolf Automotive Group is looking for an experienced License & Title Clerk to join organization! If you have a passion for accuracy, understand title processing, and have a strong willingness to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.

This full-time role works Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM and offers a competitive salary range of $43,680 to $54,080 per year.

You will…

• Process paperwork to establish or transfer ownership of vehicle
• Process tax with Department of Revenue
• Verify funds have been collect
• Verify all information on documents are correct
• Assign titles and MSO
• Track and assign inventory
• Communicate with customers, Banks, and other institutions regarding title and registration
• Contact Financial institutions for title follow up on payoffs.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to motor vehicle titles and registration
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
