Millennium Corporation is hiring a Lead Test Analyst to work remotely within the National Capital Region. Qualified candidates must have an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate and support Test-driven development (TDD) practices within the team
• Work with Angular, React, Java, JUnit, Cypress, Cucumber, or other relevant technologies
• Perform testing at all levels, including Unit, Integration, End-to-End, Load, User Acceptance, and Performance testing.
• Use JIRA to manage user stories, bug tracking, and update ticket status with detailed information.
• Perform testing on Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) items.
• Create and maintain documentation using Atlassian Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with the development and cybersecurity teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software
• Translate requirements into effective test strategies, plans, and automated test suites
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the development lifecycle

Requirements:

• Have an active secret clearance.
• At least 5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a relevant discipline
• Have a strong understanding of test-driven development principles
• Prior experience in building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks
• Experience and ability to translate requirements into test cases and automated test scripts.
• Extensive experience with various testing methodologies and tools (JUnit, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and quality assurance processes.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with all levels of testing (Unit, Integration, End-to-End, Load, and Performance).
• Experience coordinating with security teams on testing related to POA&M
