We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telephone Lead Generator to join our dynamic insurance agency. ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists or self-sourced leads.
Engage prospects in professional, persuasive conversations to identify their insurance needs.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule follow-up appointments with licensed insurance agents.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system in real-time.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Stay informed about the agency's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Handle objections professionally and ensure a positive experience for all contacts, regardless of interest level.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
RequirementsProven experience as a telephone lead generator, telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in the insurance, financial services or real estate industry.
Strong understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
