We are currently seeking an ambitious and goal-oriented individual to fill the role of Healthcare Sales Advisor within our sales department. As a Healthcare Sales Advisor, your main responsibility will be to provide guidance to potential clients, helping them select the most suitable products based on their specific needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This position offers ample opportunities for advancement and is performance-based.

By directly collaborating with self-employed individuals, small business owners, and individuals across America, you will assist them in accessing innovative and affordable business and benefit solutions.
The Healthcare Sales Advisor position involves virtual meetings with potential clients, typically conducted through platforms such as Zoom, Meets, or similar tools. Our clients are actively seeking alternative benefits options or looking to purchase new ones. Given the current social and economic environment, there is a significant demand for our products and services, leading to rapid expansion within our offices.
This is a full-time, office-based position, and remote work or work-from-home options are currently not available. Fluency in spoken and written English is a requirement for all applicants.
An industry-leading compensation package that includes weekly commissions, weekly and monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, annual bonuses, and additional incentives which leads to a First Year OTE of $100,000 + (Salary + Commission + Bonus)
