What you'll do here: Drive continuous improvement in product quality and test coverage through rigorous quality assurance processes and automationCollaborate with Product and Software Engineering Teams to ensure a high-quality product is delivered, plan future projects & roadmaps, and build strategiesPartner with product management and engineering peers to design end-to-end user requirements that are verifiable through automated testingShape the future of our automated testing and release strategiesHire and mentor new members to the teamManage QA deliverables for sprintsDrive manual and automated test coverage of all productsFocus on continuous QA improvements in Test and Release processes & automation testing toolsMonitor & continuously improve QA metrics on test results, leaked defects, and test coverage.Get hands on with testing as neededProvide technical leadership to the team by providing testing solutions and troubleshoot technical problems and challengesParticipate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problemsDocument test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standardsPlan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery datesReviews client, customer, and user feedback.Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.Performs other duties as assigned.What you'll bring to the team: 3+ years of experience managing and leading testing projectsExperience with Functional, Non Functional, End to End, UI, API, and regression testingExperience with load and performance testingExperience with accessibility validationProgramming expertise with Javascript & PythonExperience with Playwright, Selenium or other automation frameworkExperience with SalesforceShould have hands-on experience in estimation, budgeting, reporting, stakeholder management and escalation managementSelf-starter capable of managing diverse responsibilities in testing, automation, and requirements analysisSolid understanding of development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and QA processes.Strong communication skills and ability to summarize complex information to drive actions and continuous improvementExperience with Continuous Integration systems.Where you'll work: This is a hybrid opportunity, Tuesday through Thursday in the office.
