We are on a mission to transform and reimagine the living room experience. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Fire TV Go-to-Market (GTM) and Product Marketing team for first-party Devices and Services. In this role, you'll lead the strategic direction for our full range of Fire TV hardware products, including smart TVs, streaming media players, and companion devices. You'll have the rare opportunity to shape both the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for one of Amazon's most dynamic businesses. Working at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and consumer behavior, you'll drive strategies that define the future of home entertainment.
You'll be the driving force behind bringing Fire TV products to life for our customers globally. Your strategic vision will guide product positioning, launch strategies, and growth initiatives, while your execution skills will ensure flawless delivery to market. You'll lead a talented team of product marketers while collaborating across Amazon's organization. As the orchestrator of complex product launches and product marketing strategies, you'll work closely with teams across Product, Brand, Finance, Operations, PR, Customer Service, Retail, Operations, and more. Your leadership and influence will be felt across every touchpoint of the customer journey.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead a high-performing team of product marketers
• Develop and execute comprehensive global go-to-market strategies for Fire TV hardware products
• Drive product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies across all marketing channels and work with regional partners on global launches
• Lead consumer research initiatives to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Orchestrate cross-functional workflows spanning Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, PR, and Customer Service
• Own end-to-end launch execution including packaging, naming, asset creation, and channel strategy
• Balance strategic planning with tactical execution to drive business growth
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
- Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies
