Join our innovative and dynamic Global Content Development team as an Instructional Design Summer Intern. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective training content for all aspects of our business. You will gain hands-on experience in instructional design, graphic design, video editing, and e-learning development while working on real-world projects within a leading global medical device company.

What You Need
Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional technology and Learning Sciences (ITLS), Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
Basic working knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and SCORM-compliant content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and proven leadership and business acumen skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of LMS platforms and how e-learning content is deployed and tracked (e.g. ComplianceWire, Cornerstone).
Familiarity with cGMP, the medical device industry or healthcare-related training content.
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is preferred.
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia).
