The Global Mobility Partner will own the end-to-end vision, strategy and execution of Robinhood’s immigration and relocation support initiatives for our employees. Our goal is to provide a white glove/concierge experience for employees, and ensure that every Robinhood employee feels supported, heard, and empowered. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do Manage all aspects of the immigration and global mobility support Ensure compliance with any/and all applicable company policies and governmental regulations through effective management of our internal stakeholders as well as our external delivery partners (e.g., Relocation, Tax, Immigration, etc.).
