Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design, strong customer service skills, and experience in creating beautiful, customized arrangements for various occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements for events, special occasions, and daily orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting flowers and designs that suit their needs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing shop environment.
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and caring for fresh flowers, plants, and supplies.
• Handle cash register operations, including processing sales and managing transactions.
• Collaborate with customers to meet specific design requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare floral arrangements for delivery and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance creativity and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a florist or in a floral design role 
• Strong knowledge of flower types, seasons, and care.
• Excellent attention to detail and artistic ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, including POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements and supplies as needed.

Schedule:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
