Job Opening: Light Assembly Technician - Mobile & Tablet Mounts
Mob Armor is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Light Assembly Technician to join our growing team in a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality mobile phone and tablet mounts using hand tools. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble mobile phone and tablet mounts according to detailed instructions and diagrams.
Utilize various hand tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches (specific tools will be provided and training will be given).
Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards.
Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or processes.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Meet daily and weekly production targets.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in light assembly or manufacturing preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate!
Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
