The company is an integrated team that performs the back office functions for all the portfolio companies owned and managed by a premier middle market E&P private equity fund. We assist the various operating teams in managing accounting, finance, land, marketing, IT, HR, etc, and are a dedicated team that allows us to maintain continuous levels of talent and service to the fund’s portfolio throughout the life cycles of various E&P investments.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Associate to support the financial operations of our portfolio companies. This role will work closely with leadership to maintain and update corporate financial models, assist with redetermination and bank presentation decks, and lead internal forecast analyses. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling skills, a solid grasp of FP&A, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance corporate financial models across multiple portfolio companies
• Build redetermination and lender presentation decks for banking partners
• Run internal financial analyses and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Assist with ongoing portfolio performance reviews and financial planning
• Partner directly with the executive team to support finance-related initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial banking, investment banking, or a similar finance role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel fluency required)
• Understanding of FP&A processes and the ability to work across functions
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-starter looking to pivot into an industry-facing role with high visibility and impact
