Assembler - 1st Shift

A   leading manufacturing organization in Appleton, WI , is seeking dedicated Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting the assembly line and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler, Production Worker

Location: Appleton, WI

Shift: 5:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

• Perform repetitive hand work to assemble products accurately and efficiently
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift
• Ensure production lines are supplied with sufficient products to maintain operational flow
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork for finished pallets and loads
• Identify defective products and communicate issues effectively with team members

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write in English
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in close proximity with others in a team environment
• Positive, proactive attitude and reliability
