We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Fill Plant Manager (also known as Production Manager - Gas Cylinder Filling ) to oversee daily cylinder inspection and filling processes, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. You'll play a key role in coordinating with various departments, managing a team of 8-10 direct reports, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Flexibility is essential , as you may need to step in to assist in other areas when required.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in management or relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and effective communication across all levels of the organization are crucial. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise software, with the ability to identify and correct workflow discrepancies and adapt to changing production needs.
