Paris Ford is calling on elite-level Automotive Technicians with 10+ years of experience who are ready to earn top dollar and work in a shop that runs like a machine. If you’re Ford Certified or ASE Master Certified, we want you in our bay — not on the bench.

Up to $50/hour flat rate for top techs
60+ flat-rate hours/week available – steady workflow

We’re Looking For:
10+ years of dealership or independent shop experience
Ford certifications or ASE Master Tech status preferred
Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills
Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
