SB Hat Co. is a fast-growing, woman-owned custom hat and apparel company specializing in high-quality embroidery and customization. We are hiring a skilled and experienced Embroidery Operator to join our production team. [Pay is based on experience]
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain multi-head industrial embroidery machines.
Accurately read work orders and hoop/frame various apparel types (hats, shirts).
Perform high-level quality control and troubleshooting on thread breaks and tension.
Manage digital embroidery files and perform minor design adjustments.
✅ Qualifications
Previous professional experience operating industrial embroidery equipment.
Expert knowledge of thread, needles, backing materials, and machine maintenance.
Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting production deadlines.
