We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly & Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. This role involves assembling, manufacturing, and modifying various electrical and electromechanical components, including printed circuit boards (PCB), wire harnesses, cable assemblies, control panels, and complete box builds. The ideal candidate will have experience in sensor integration, reverse engineering, and cost reduction strategies to optimize product development.
*Pay Rate Based on Experience on Resume
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and manufacture printed circuit boards (PCB), wire harnesses, and cable assemblies.
• Build and integrate control panels, control boxes, and complete box assemblies.
• Perform electrical and electromechanical assembly manufacturing.
• Conduct subassembly manufacturing and connectorizing of sensors, pressure switches, and other components.
• Incorporate sensors, pressure switches, and solid-state relays (SSR) into larger assemblies.
• Provide part modification services to meet customer specifications.
• Offer design, prototyping, and reverse engineering services for product development.
• Deliver quick-turn prototyping solutions for new product introductions.
