Job Description

Seeking a passionate and data-driven E-commerce/Shopify Manager to own our digital storefront and create a world-class online experience for our customers. This isn't just a maintenance role. You'll join a small, high-impact team where you will be the key driver of our online presence. You'll have the autonomy to take projects from concept to launch, directly influencing our e-commerce strategy, technical roadmap, and overall growth.

Responsibilities:

• Website Management & Optimization: Own, manage, and continuously optimize our Shopify Plus store to ensure a fast, reliable, and high-converting user experience.
• Campaign & Promotion Execution: Collaborate closely with our content and marketing teams to build and launch landing pages, set up promotions, and help manage new product releases.
• Integrations Help: Research, integrate, and manage the lifecycle of third-party Shopify apps and technologies (e.g., subscriptions, reviews, loyalty programs) to enhance site functionality and customer experience.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Serve as the first line of defense for troubleshooting site issues, working with app developers or contractors to resolve bugs and implement technical enhancements.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce store, with a strong preference for the Shopify platform.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and a keen eye for creating a seamless customer journey.
• Proactive Mentality: A proactive problem-solver who is highly organized, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to get things done.
• Analytical Skills (Bonus): Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics) to track performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Technical Acumen (Bonus): A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Shopify's Liquid templating language is a plus but not required.

Target Salary: $ 60,000-75,000

• 2 years experience managing direct to consumer e-commerce store 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify platform
• A solid understanding of UI/UX principles
