We are a dynamic dental practice in North Jersey dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. We are now seeking a highly organized and communicative Dental Practice Manager to join our team. As the critical point of contact for our practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of patient scheduling, and effectively managing patient financial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management
  • Accounts Management: Manage Accounts Receivables and Profit and Loss statements.
  • Insurance Billing: Oversee insurance billing, claims attachments, and resolution of claim issues.
  • Insurance Verification: Handle Insurance verification and eligibility checks.
  • Financial Processing: Process Co-Pay estimations, payment arrangements, and invoicing.
  • Claims Resolution: Coordinate insurance appeals and resolve outstanding claims.
Collections & Payment Management
  • Payment Collections: Facilitate payment collections, including patient co-pays and outstanding balances.
  • Payment Arrangements: Set up and manage payment arrangements with patients.
  • Account Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
Patient Records & Compliance
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Documentation Management: Manage patient forms, consents, and post-operative care documentation.
Customer Care & Relations
  • Exceptional Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience from initial contact through post-treatment.
  • Patient Retention: Retain patients through excellent communication and satisfaction.
  • Communication Management: Manage phone, text, and email communications with patients.
  • Office Hosting: Host and assist patients in the office, ensuring comfort and timely service.
Scheduling & Treatment Coordination
  • Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate patient schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal wait times.
  • Patient Acquisition: Manage patient acquisition and follow-up scheduling, ensuring high patient retention.
  • Recall Management: Oversee recall management and fill appointment time slots efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Dental Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a dental administrative role required.
  • Dental Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental terminology, codes, and procedures.
  • Software Familiarity: Familiarity with Softdent and Dental Exchange platforms.
  • Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
