Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is eager to learn new systems, and has a passion for data accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our data, supporting various departments, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal databases and systems
• Support data analysis efforts by compiling and organizing information as needed
• Collaborate with team members across departments on special projects and initiatives
• Adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and assignments as priorities shift
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and platforms
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or data analysis is a plus
• Credentialing and/or experience with Cactus software is a bonus, but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in an office setting five days a week
• Positive, collaborative approach with the ability to shift gears and contribute where needed
