We are seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to join our client's team!

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a collaborative Real Estate Development Manager to support the alignment of multiple business units in acquiring and executing real estate development projects
  • This role will work closely with diverse teams to ensure project goals are met, assisting with critical tasks such as due diligence, budgeting, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with senior management, design teams, contractors, and local stakeholders to align objectives and support the execution of real estate development projects
  • Assist in performing due diligence, developing budgets, creating timelines, and conducting financial analytics to ensure compliance and project feasibility
  • Help review and negotiate contracts, secure permits and approvals, and coordinate with project teams to keep initiatives on track
  • Facilitate meetings and provide project coordination support to drive timely and effective progress

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
  • Prior development experience
