Overview:

Customer Processing Specialist/Funding Analyst Description & Duties:

Reviews loan documents for compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Trains dealers on completion of loan documents and answers program questions. Communicates document issues to dealers and helps resolves them. Assists with business development by building strong dealer relationships and by working closely with the credit and marketing group.

Pay Range:
USD $18.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.

Responsibilities:

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Review incoming loan documents for compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Submit loans into loan system for funding.
• Answer program questions and/or train dealers on document and funding processes
• Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly. Must be able to take direction and work well with others. Must be able to handle tight deadlines and maintain high standards of work. Must be able to productively and effectively adapt to change.

Applicants must be reliable, dynamic, sociable and enthusiastic team players; while possessing a positive "can-do" attitude, excellent judgement and communication skills. Applicants must also have great attention to detail and ability to multi-task under the stress of deadlines with a strong desire to help the organization succeed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree in business, finance, accounting or related field OR 2 years loan processing or related experience

• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
• Strong typing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• One evening shift per week and one half-day on Saturday every 5 weeks.
