What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver patient-centered care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions based on each patient’s unique needs
✅ Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, from LPNs to nursing technicians, ensuring safe, high-quality care
✅ Educate patients and families on health management, treatment, and post-discharge care
✅ Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, engage in professional development, and mentor new team members and student nurses
