Are you a car enthusiast with a passion for creative leadership? We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Director to lead our Graphic Design and Video/Photography teams, shaping a bold, cohesive, and engaging brand presence across all platforms.

About the Role

As Creative Director , you will define and execute the creative strategy across our portfolio of owned brands and products. Your work will elevate our presence in the automotive, consumer electronics, and lifestyle markets through impactful visuals, innovative storytelling, and compelling design. From package design and video content to website aesthetics, you will set the creative standard that strengthens our brand in the automotive aftermarket ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand values.
  • Lead the creative process from concept to execution across product design, packaging, digital experiences, and marketing materials.
  • Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing, product design, packaging, e-commerce, and corporate communications.
  • Stay ahead of branding, digital storytelling, web design, and emerging technology trends to keep the brand fresh and innovative.
  • Develop performance-driven campaigns and storytelling initiatives that engage consumers and build brand affinity.

Creative Execution & Content Production

  • Oversee all visual assets, including branding, packaging, website design, social media content, advertising, video content, and product photography.
  • Direct high-impact photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality execution that enhances brand presence across digital and offline channels.
  • Lead the creative direction for video content, including brand storytelling, promotional videos, product showcases, and event coverage.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, social media, and digital marketing teams to develop engaging content that increases audience interaction and drives conversion.
  • Implement a structured creative feedback and revision process to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Optimize creative assets for SEO, mobile-first experiences, and accessibility best practices.
  • Lead motion graphics, animation, AI-generated content, and interactive media to push creative boundaries and enhance engagement.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization

  • Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, videographers, and content creators, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high-impact execution.
  • Establish clear workflows, efficiency measures, and accountability while maintaining creative flexibility and innovation.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions, optimize resources, and improve creative effectiveness.
  • Develop career growth plans for creative team members, ensuring opportunities for skill development and professional advancement.
  • Oversee external creative partners, including agencies, freelancers, and production teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Lead regular creative reviews with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand vision and marketing objectives remain aligned.
  • Establish performance KPIs to track project turnaround times, engagement impact, and brand consistency.
  • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring all creative work is delivered on time and exceeds quality standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand development, creative leadership, and design execution.
  • A master storyteller and visual strategist with expertise in digital, print, video, and experiential marketing.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and digital teams.
  • A trendsetter who thrives on pushing creative boundaries and delivering fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Adept at balancing creative excellence with business impact, ensuring the brand’s identity is both inspiring and results-driven.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and content management systems.
  • Experienced in performance-driven creative execution, understanding how visual storytelling impacts CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Background in D2C and B2C brand environments, particularly in automotive, consumer electronics, or lifestyle markets.
  • A proven leader and mentor, capable of inspiring and developing high-performing creative teams.
