Those in corporate finance at PwC will provide strategic financial advice and solutions to help clients navigate complex business transactions and optimise their capital structure. You will analyse financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

The Opportunity
As part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team you are expected to contribute to client engagement and projects, enhancing quality and providing a more technology-enabled experience. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks, developing basic skills and knowledge. You are expected to leverage data manipulation and analysis technologies, understand database concepts, and perform IT architecture and solution development.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance
1 year of finance or financial banking experience
Per FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) requirements, employment is contingent upon the submission of fingerprints to FINRA, receipt of satisfactory fingerprint screening results, and the completion of a satisfactory FINRA pre-registration review.

The salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
