Job Description
Techwindow is looking to hire another top notch technician. 2-4 years hands on tech and customer service experience preferred. The ideal candidate would be able to work on all devices including but not limited to:
Desktops/laptops, custom built computers, phones, tablets, gaming consoles, gaming handhelds, printers.
The ideal candidate would be well spoken and poliet to our customers and be able to assist them with different issues including but limited to:
Password/login help on windows and apple devices, outlook and email signing in and synchronization, virus and malware assistance, data transfer and recovery.
Pay will be based off experience and skill. $18 to $24 per hour. Plus bonuses paid out after repair goals are met along with a 1 week paid vacation yearly. Soldering experience would be helpful.
