We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to join our team. As the front desk coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring every client has a seamless experience from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism as they enter the salon
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage booking software
Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle retail sales transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Communicate effectively with stylists, estheticians, and management to coordinate schedules
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, inventory, and product restocking
Qualifications
Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred (salon or spa experience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using scheduling or POS software (we will train the right candidate)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
