We are seeking a motivated and skilled Communications Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role will involve coordinating internal and external communication efforts to enhance the company’s messaging and brand identity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support the company's goals.
  • Write, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and initiatives to promote brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Manage communication across various platforms and work closely with senior leadership to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Track and measure the success of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive, effective communication strategies.
