We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in corporate communications, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create and manage internal communications. The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in keeping our team informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support internal and external communications.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread company announcements, memos, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure communication consistency across the organization.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Work with leadership to prepare presentations, reports, and other communications materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to internal communications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
