Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Roofing Estimating Professional to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a reputable construction company. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients.

• Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and construction methods 
• Experience in estimating and project management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Certification or training in roofing estimation is a plus
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry
• Prior experience in a similar role in the construction or roofing sector
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and architects
• Provide technical support

• Qualifications

To qualify for this exciting role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on estimation.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Proven ability to generate competitive estimations, to achieve revenue targets.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships within our organization
• Proficiency in using software for roofing estimation and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• High level of self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed to evaluate and estimate projects.
