Position Summary

The Campaign and ABM Marketing Manager is responsible for growing our marketing team to develop and manage integrated marketing solution campaigns and programs. This role is responsible for two major streams of work: 1) creating, implementing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across various marketing channels to increase awareness, engagement, and demand generation for the Yes Energy portfolio of solutions; 2) creating, implementing, and optimizing our partner marketing program to attract new partners and drive engagement, solidify relationships and revenue through the partner channel

  • Salary Range: $100-$120K

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns aligned with go-to-market strategy to generate, engage, and nurture prospects, driving marketing traction with multiple segments/stakeholders, spanning prospects, customers, and partners

    • Identify target customer segments and define campaigns, objectives, priorities, and timeline for execution

    • Design and deliver ABM (Account Based Marketing) campaigns to create awareness and educate prospects, customers, and partners, including complex, multi-stage workflows to achieve multiple touchpoints with customer targets

    • Collaborate with Marketing colleagues, Sales, and Product to develop and hone messaging and queue up delivery to target segments; monitor campaign traction and evolve tactics as needed

    • Recommend and align campaign content assets to ensure relevant and personalized topics and messaging are leveraged

  • Develop campaign briefing materials to ensure Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other stakeholders are aware of both current and upcoming campaigns

  • Monitor and report on campaign results to stakeholders to quantify impacts based on defined KPIs; make recommendations to optimize campaigns to ensure annual objectives are attained

  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing sales leader(s) to develop, implement, and optimize our partner marketing program to attract new partners and drive engagement, solidify relationships and revenue through the partner channel

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Marketing with at least one to two years building and driving successful B2B marketing campaigns

  • 4-5 years experience in a Marketing role overseeing B2B strategic initiatives to drive pipeline and generate closed-won business

  • Demonstrated success in building and executing partner programs and campaigns with measurable return on investment (ROI) metrics

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strategy - strong grasp of messaging strategy and commitment to incorporate an understanding of the mindset of target audiences

  • Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS/technology industry

  • Technical acumen - ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

  • Proficient in Hubspot CMS and marketing automation, Salesforce.com, or similar CRM experience

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager problem solver - the ability to plan, schedule, and manage initiatives efficiently and proactively while prioritizing and juggling projects

  • Adaptability - adjust quickly to changing priorities and manage through complexity

  • Initiative and tenacity - seek out and seize opportunities, find ways to surmount barriers, demonstrate resourcefulness and action orientation

  • Collaboration - Focus on collaborating across all functions and levels of the organization

  • High attention to detail - demonstrate solid editing and proofreading skills

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to synthesize data to develop understandable and actionable plans

  • Strong project management skills - ability to prioritize and manage work on multiple assignments concurrently

Preferred Experience

  • Strong familiarity with the use of 6sense to drive ABM and overall campaign success

  • Experience with account based marketing (ABM) campaign strategy and execution

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline

  • Experience working for one or more early-stage, privately owned companies
