• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to cake orders.

Experience

• Previous experience in cake decorating or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with various baking techniques and pastry arts is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics in cake design.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
