Position Overview Are you passionate about driving sales, managing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service? As a Branch Manager, you will lead sales development, operations, and customer service within the branch, delivering financial products to current and potential customers, achieving sales and deposit goals, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Lead outside calling efforts to grow deposits, loans, and wealth prospects. Partner with Relationship Bankers to increase market share. Develop and manage customer relationships, focusing on wealth needs and expanding profitable relationships through sales programs. Achieve business growth and income objectives; coach and support branch staff; monitor branch income and expenses. Ensure appropriate product recommendations; cross-sell and utilize sales tools like CRM. Participate in community activities to enhance the bank’s image and develop referral sources. Measure and improve service levels; resolve complex service issues for profitable relationships. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; maintain a suitable branch environment. Handle large amounts of cash securely and efficiently. Stay current with banking regulations (e.g., Reg. DD, Reg. CC, BSA, CRA, FDIC). Collaborate on coaching in service, sales, and policies. Manage hiring, staff development, and daily operations, including oversight of the Retail Client Experience Manager. Qualifications High School diploma or GED 5-10 years of retail banking experience Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in cross-selling, customer service, and conflict resolution Leadership ability and team management skills Technical skills including Microsoft Office Effective interpersonal and communication skills Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude Salary Range: $72,653 to $135,000 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr Peapack Private Bank & Trust
