Embroidery Operator

Reports to: Service Center Supervisor

Shift: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

Hourly Rate: $18.50 / hour

Job Function:

• Fill embroidery orders as needed. Repair defects as needed.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Filling customer orders for embroidery.
• Repair items that are defective.
• Assures safety of self and co-workers adhering to safety policies and procedures, practicing safe work habits and reducing known risks.
• Participates and successfully completes training programs as provided by Propper International Inc. as recommended by DC Manager.
• Keep work area neat and orderly.

Skills:

• Use commercial sewing and other related machines.
• Basic math skills
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Ability and willingness to work with co-workers.
• Ability to use short and long term memory recall.
• Ability to function independently.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks.
• Ability to read, understand and remember basic instructions
• Mandatory overtime in seasonal peaks.

Education / Knowledge / Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• 2 years' experience is preferred.
