Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to support the design and construction processes. The BIM Modeler will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using design software.
- Create construction documentation and drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure model integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve issues between various disciplines.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate design changes and updates into the model.
- Assist in visualization efforts to support project presentations and stakeholder engagement.
- Participate in project meetings to provide BIM insights and updates.
- Support digital fabrication efforts by creating models suitable for manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in 3D modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Strong understanding of architecture and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of coordination techniques and clash detection processes.
- Familiarity with design software and visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and project collaboration skills.
- Experience with structural analysis is a plus.
