Job Description

• Manage all accounting functions for a large-scale construction project, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and manage construction-specific documentation including G702/G703 forms, lien releases, and class codes .
• Audit bank and credit card statements with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data to support project operations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate directly with the Senior Project Manager and CEO to provide financial updates, analysis, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, project requirements, and financial deadlines.
• Act as the go-to accounting professional for the project, working independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Successful Applicant

• 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or real estate development .
• Strong working knowledge of G702/G703 forms, lien releases, and other construction-specific accounting practices .
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel ; ability to manage reporting, reconciliations, and data with speed and accuracy.
• Prior experience with large, multi-year construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Capable of working independently, owning the accounting function, and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Must be professional, reliable, and able to start within the next 2 weeks.
