Job Description
Busy boutique criminal defense law firm in downtown Boston seeks a new Associate to start January 1, 2024 .
Responsibilities include coverage for routine court appearances, working with our in-house paralegal to evaluate discovery and help formulate trial strategy for Federal and State Superior Court cases, and supporting the firm's other attorneys with drafting motions and legal memoranda.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have graduated from an accredited law school and be a licensed to practice law in MA with at least one full year in practice/experience.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Our practice is focused on criminal defense matters, covering all of Massachusetts in both State and Federal Courts, as well as occasional cases outside MA in surrounding states.
Our office is busy, fast paced, with interesting cases.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to play an integral role in all aspects of the practice, including client-interactions, court-appearances, and case-prep.
