TRC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for to work for our client, Chick-fil-A corporate for an onsite role based out of College Park, GA. This position is a long-term contract position.
Job Description: Administrative Assistant II
Department: Strategic Reinvestment, Restaurant Development
Provide high-level administrative support to 9 leaders in Strategic Reinvestment at Chick-fil-A.
Strategic Reinvestment:
Strategic Reinvestment sits within Existing Restaurants and Restaurant Development department at Chick-fil-A, Inc. Strategic Reinvestment gives Operators the opportunity to grow, creates exceptional customer experiences, and stewards the long-term health of Chick-fil-A though capital investments in our existing restaurants. Our work focuses on remodels, scrape & rebuilds, relocations, requested work and national alignment efforts.
Responsibilities primarily include:
• Calendar management and maintenance (using Microsoft Outlook)
• Coordinating with other staff and administrators to schedule meetings
• Make travel arrangements (using Etta, Chick-fil-A’s travel booking tool)
• Expense reports
Responsibilities occasionally include:
• Provide support for team meetings (attending meetings as needed, taking notes, setting agendas, booking rooms, etc.)
• Plan meetings and events (coordinating logistics, working with vendors, coordinating schedules, providing on-site support, etc.)
• Additional administrative functions
• Support leaders and build community within the team through one-off requests (ordering flowers, ordering catering, tables, helping with showers, etc.)
Teams at Chick-fil-A work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative manner. This role will be interacting regularly with Staff members at all levels of the organization, Chick-fil-A Operators, and outside individuals and organizations as needed.
This position is based in the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, GA, with the option to work hybrid occasionally. The ability to easily come on-site on an as needed basis is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years' experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, etc.)
Ability to anticipate needs
Organizational Skills
Initiative & Ability to Prioritize
