We are partnered with a Family Owned Commercial Real Estate Company located in Downtown Chicago. They are recruiting top talent for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their accounting department. Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Experience with posting payments to open accounts receivable
• Responsible for daily bank reconciliations 
• Responsible for account reconciliation 
• Assures all daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are met in the cash application process.
• Investigate and resolve issues interfering with the proper application of cash receipts, including inadequate (or missing) check information.
• Compiles with established company criteria for accuracy of cash application
• Posting tenant non-recurring charges
• Balancing entries posted in the ledger.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience 
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently.
• Capable of sound decision making
• Prior Real Estate experience is a plus
