Location: Marshville, NC (Home Base for Adventure!)

We're looking for a Youth Care Transporter to join our team at Anderson Health Services, a vibrant residential behavioral health campus for male children and adolescents.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

• Become a Transportation Guru: Navigate the roads of Marshville and beyond, ensuring our residents get to their off-campus appointments safely and on time. (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM – perfect for day adventures!)
• Be a Guardian of Good Vibes: Keep a watchful eye and ensure the safety and well-being of our residents during transport. Think of yourself as a mobile safe zone!
• Champion of Confidentiality: You'll be a trusted guardian of our residents' privacy, respecting their stories and experiences.
• Team Up for Success: Collaborate with our amazing team of professionals, sharing information and supporting each other like a well-oiled machine.
• Drive with a Clean Slate: Maintain a sparkling clean driving record and a valid driver's license. (Think of it as your superhero driving permit!)

• You're 21+ with a passion for helping young people thrive.
• You've got a high school diploma, GED, or maybe even an associate's degree.
