Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to supervise, coach, mentor, and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity.
* Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the parts distribution center customer KPI's, related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environmental
* Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed
* Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures.
* Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management.
Requirements:
· High School diploma or GED
· College Degree preferred, but not required
· 3 + years of work experience and/or bachelor's degree in related field
· Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
· Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs
