About the Opportunity All this beer has to come from somewhere and delivery to our valued customers starts with the teams that work in our warehouses. Our dedicated warehouse associates are the key to ensuring that our products make it onto our trucks and out for delivery. They contribute directly to Eagle Rock's success by efficiently picking, loading and unloading product and by taking great care of our inventory to avoid breakage.
Specific job duties include:
- Accurately pulling product for designated route, palletizing and load building
- Moving materials and items throughout warehouse as designated by our Warehouse Management System or supervisor
- Replenishing levels so they are full and ready to go during loading process
- Loading all route vehicles in accordance with load sheets
- Ensuring damaged product is placed in its proper area and reported to management
- Keeping work area clean and accessible
Warehouse Associates work hard and play hard; and, to do this safely, it's important that they be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which include:
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching and twisting for shifts lasting 8+ hours
- Ability to lift and carry 40lbs regularly
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move 25lbs, occasionally lift and/or move 100lbs
- Comfort working in refrigerated areas of the warehouse

About Us The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era with Atlanta Beverage Company selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Eagle Rock Distributing Company was formed in 2000 and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. One thing that hasn't changed since our beginnings, however, is our unwavering commitment to our employees and loyal customers.
Eagle Rock entered the Colorado market in late-2020, assuming distribution operations for Anheuser-Busch products across the state. Today, we have over 500 employees in the state, operating out of 8 locations, and continue to welcome new positions to support our growth in the state.

Compensation, Benefits and Application Window Compensation range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
