Warehouse Manager Industry Focus
Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Shift Manager to perform a variety of tasks within our recycling facility in Oklahoma, OK . The primary responsibility of the Shift Manager is to motivate team performance to achieve production goals and individual KPIs. Youll assist the Location Manager in implementing workforce management programs and managing a team of production employees on a specific shift.
This is a management role, full-time, salary range $55K- $58K with opportunities for you to grow with us. Were looking for people with skills in communication, problem solving, and time management. Your experience in waste/recycling or light manufacturing is a plus.
