Job Summary:

The Weekend Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, packing, unloading, loading, palletizing, and kitting products for shipping and receiving. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and quality of orders by printing labels, inspecting products, and utilizing warehouse equipment to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and kit products for shipping.
• Unload and load products onto pallets and trucks.
• Print and apply labels for outgoing shipments.
• Inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality before packing.
• Operate warehouse equipment to move and prepare products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Meet production goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six months of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Excellent attendance record required.

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour + overtime
• Shift:
  • 1st Shift: 3-day weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Overtime available on weekdays as needed
• Location: Jeffersonville, IN
• Attendance: Excellent attendance required.
