Role Overview
As a Volunteer English Language Teacher, you will play a vital role in enhancing the language skills of our students through engaging and effective lessons.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating Lesson Plans: Develop engaging lesson plans and materials that teach fundamental language skills.
Delivering Classes: Conduct online or in-person language classes to support students in their learning journey.
Monitoring Progress: Track students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with fellow volunteers and staff to refine teaching strategies and enhance the program.
Providing Support: Offer guidance and support to students to help them achieve their language learning goals.
Participating in Training: Attend training sessions and workshops to continually improve your teaching skills.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is not only skilled but also compassionate and dedicated to empowering others through education. To succeed in this role, you should have:

Experience in Teaching: Previous experience in teaching or tutoring language learners is essential.
Strong Planning Skills: The ability to create and implement effective lesson plans.
Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Teamwork: A collaborative approach to working in a multicultural team.
Organizational Skills: Strong skills in organizing lessons, tracking progress, and keeping records.
Passion for Education: A deep passion for helping underserved communities through the power of education.
Fluency in English: A high level of proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Certifications: A language teaching certificate is a bonus but not required.
